Letter from our CEO
As we close the chapter on our first year at ProPhound Kids, I am thrilled to share the remarkable journey we’ve embarked on together. This inaugural year has been a time of immense growth, innovation, and community building, and our collective efforts have laid a solid foundation for a promising future for creative youth development.
A key to our success has been the cultivation of strong community relationships. We have actively engaged with community organizations, local creatives, the City of San Diego and non-profit leaders to gain their support and buy-in. These partnerships have not only expanded our reach but also enriched our programs with diverse perspectives and resources. Our dedicated volunteers have played a crucial role in creating a nurturing environment, empowering our youth to thrive.
As we move into our second year, we remain committed to scaling our programs and deepening our community ties. Our focus on strategic planning, resource optimization, and continuous improvement will ensure that we continue to deliver high-impact, scalable initiatives.

Vision
Empowering at-risk youth through creative arts and mentorship to foster resilience, unity, and cultural appreciation, ultimately leading to healthier, more prosperous lives – one child at a time.
Mission
- Provide low-income youth between the ages of 10 and 17 residing in San Diego with a safe space where they are free to express themselves.
- Deliver programs that inspire youth to find their voice through various creative outlets and engage in healthier behaviors.
- Curate community spaces and resources needed to address adverse childhood experiences and its undeniable impact on our social and economic well-being.
Financial Highlights
In 2024, ProPhound Kids proudly achieved 96% of its fundraising goal, demonstrating the incredible support and trust from our community. Our diligent financial stewardship ensured that we maintained robust financial health and allowed us to allocate resources efficiently.
With this strong foundation, we successfully piloted three impactful programs, empowering at-risk youth through creative arts and mentorship, and building a resilient, supportive community around them.

2025 Outlook
For 2025, our main goal is to establish ProPhound Kids Inc. as a leading provider of creative youth development for at-risk youth, focusing on high-impact, scalable initiatives and strategic partnerships to promote healing, growth, and community engagement. Our objectives are as follows:

Future Plan
Expand our reach by partnering with schools, community recreational centers, and online platforms to make our programs accessible to more children. In addition, we are focused on strategic community engagement and optimizing our resources to ensure sustainability and scalability.

Our plan includes implementing a comprehensive evaluation system using data analytics and AI. This approach will provide real-time feedback and insights, enabling us to make data-driven adjustments and improvements.
