ProPhound Programs

Instructors are responsible for conducting educational workshops, referring students to counseling sessions, and maintaining program data/outcomes. Required certifications must be completed to provide course materials and instructors must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children.

Introduction to photography and film, covering fundamental principles, hands-on practice, camera techniques, story development, and creative expression.

Recording and Songwriting

Introduction to studio recording equipment and techniques. Learn mic placement and signal routing, record vocals and instruments and understand recording environments and acoustics. Practice editing and post-production processes and understand audio signal flow and processing.

Learn equalization, compression, and effects techniques; mixing principles and strategies; mastering techniques for finalizing a song; and applying audio-engineering concepts to music production.

Dance
NIA is a holistic movement and wellness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind, and soul. NIA’s purpose is to inspire and guide people to listen to the wisdom of the body, choose movement that feels good, and find connection in community.
 
Practiced barefoot, NIA incorporates 52 simple moves inspired by the dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Each class delivers a full-body conditioning leaving participants feeling energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.

Fundamentals of drawing including line, shape, perspective, shading and texture techniques. Practice still-life drawing and observation skills, portraiture and figure drawing. Explore different drawing mediums like graphite, charcoal and ink.

Introduction to color theory and mixing. Understand different paint mediums such as acrylics, oils and watercolors. Learn painting techniques like glazing, layering and impasto. Create landscapes, still life, and abstract paintings to grow expressive and personal artistic style.

Our writing program is designed to ignite creativity, enhance writing skills, and empower participants to share their unique stories. Whether you’re passionate about personal narratives, investigative journalism, or creative fiction, this program offers a dynamic space for exploration.

Participants will have the freedom to produce stories on a wide range of topics, including politics, sports, culture, and more.
