Second Annual Fundraiser

Celebrating Creativity and Community

On March 21, 2025, ProPhound Kids Inc. held its Second Annual Fundraiser — a powerful celebration of our first year of impact and a bold look ahead at what’s to come in Year Two.

The evening brought together community members, supporters, and families for a night full of inspiration, creativity, and connection. Guests were treated to a delicious meal from Nellie’s Kitchen, lively music by our DJ instructor, and seamless hosting by board member Pierre.

One of the most moving parts of the night came from the voices that matter most — testimonials from the youth who’ve been impacted by our programs. Their stories reminded everyone in the room of the importance and urgency of our mission.

Speeches were delivered by David Tillman, CEO of ProPhound Kids, Jabria Howington, CFO, and Melanie Vasquez, Director of Operations at YAC. Each speaker shared their passion and plans for growth in the coming year.

A special feature of the night was a pop-up fashion store hosted by our fashion instructor, Frances Taylor, who showcased her handmade clothing pieces and raised additional funds through her sales.

Thanks to the generosity of our guests and supporters, we raised $3,500 toward our $5,000 goal. These funds will go directly toward expanding and enhancing our youth programming.

We laughed, we connected, and we celebrated a truly impactful year — and we’re just getting started.
