The C.U.R.E.

Many survivors of abuse withdraw from social activities and exhibit high-risk behaviors. Through Culture, Unity, Resilience, and Empowerment, our curated mentorship programs can inspire youth to find their voice through various creative outlets and provide the community space and tools needed to heal from their traumatic experiences.

Exposure to diverse art and music can foster an appreciation for different cultures and promotes open-mindedness, curiosity, and respect for diversity, while preserving heritage and traditions, ensuring that children have a connection to their cultural roots.

Music and art play a multifaceted role in children’s development, contributing to cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. Encouraging children to engage with music and art from a young age can have long-lasting positive effects on their overall development and well-being.

Support our ProPhound Kids

With the community at our center, the impact of music and art is experienced by all. The need for unity and support is more vital than ever. As we strive to serve our community’s evolving needs with fewer resources, consider donating to ProPhound Kids. Together, we can make a difference in a child’s life.

Our end-of-summer showcase brings together artists, musicians, and performers who’ve benefited from our youth programs. By donating, you empower young creatives to freely express themselves, fund our programs, and ensure a vibrant arts & cultural scene in San Diego.
